This beef and vegetables meal is already macro balanced and ready for the whole family to enjoy. Even my littlest guy can find something to eat in here with only 8 teeth. It takes about 15-30 minutes to prepare, depending on how handy you are with a knife and cutting board. Double the recipe and have leftovers for lunches!

BALANCED MEAL
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb. green beans – whole
- 2 zucchini – cubed
- 3 cups summer squash – cubed
- 3 carrots – sliced
- 1-2 bell peppers – sliced
- 2 Tb. Bragg’s liquid aminos
- 3 Tb. Olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 tsp. thyme
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 onion – diced
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line a large baking pan with parchment paper.
- mix ground beef with thyme, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, pepper, and onion and separate into 6 patties. Place evenly on the parchment paper.
- Prepare the vegetables and then mix together in a large bowl with Bragg’s liquid aminos, olive oil, and 1 tsp. salt. Pour the vegetable mixture over the patties on the sheet pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
